We put in at the Greenbridge ramp around 10am and trolled around dragging worm harness spinners. Caught a bunch of white perch, the best was 10 1/2" that my daughter caught, and one channel cat that I got.
My wife has been wanting some fresh fish, so we kept a few of the bigger perch and the catfish.
Found a baby snapping turtle floating in 30 feet of water, it must have just hatched not too long ago. It's shell was really soft, and it didn't know where it was going.
Hey Cowpokey. Those are some nice white perch. I've caught them in there but never that big. How's the water clarity at Triadelphia these days? Was feeling a little under the weather yesterday so I couldn't make it out.

Hey John. The water clarity was pretty good at lower end of Tridelphia today. 3~4 feet (at least) from my estimate. There were still some sticks and debris floating around, but nothing like last weekend.
The water clarity in Rocky Gorge, Friday afternoon, was still pretty poor.
We caught quite a few big white perch today, much bigger than what I'm used to. We caught all of the larger ones in ~40' of water, in the main body. Best guess would be 10 feet down, even the catfish was "suspended". Marked most fish 8-15 feet down, over a blank bottom.
Thanks. With a kid sittin on the nose, it makes a good livewell around the peddles. Getting her on some perch proved (yet again) that kids don't care what they're catch...just that they are catching.
