Little Seneca Lake

Really excited for I finally accomplished 3 things at once. (1) first fish caught at this lake (2) first bass caught on a kayak (3) first bass caught on a spinnerbait. Any recommendations for a nice weigh fish scale?

Nice! I'm looking to try that lake for the first time myself this year.

I just picked up a 15# boga grip. Keeps my hands away from treble hooks and is a scale to boot.

Congrats! Rappala makes a 30lb grip. West marine has them for around $45.

How deep were the bass? I took my son out on the lake yesterday (5/18) and caught a mess of crappies, but got skunked when I tried for bass.

Both bass were caught in less than 10 feet of water.
