Just noticed the water temp at Thomas Point Light is 71 degrees. First time in 2014 it has been over 70 degrees. It won't be long for the perch to descend upon the creeks and rivers now, if fact they may be showing up already.
In @ 5 hours of fishing in Severn, I caught my first keeper perch on Sunday 6/1. I expect it'll be better this weekend.
