Flounder?

So I'm relatively new to kayak fishing and also to flounder fishing. Can anyone help point me in the right direction to start catching them. When do they start biting? What are the regs and limits and what baits and retrieves work best? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Drag/drift a white or chartreuse 4 inch Gulp! swimming mullet on a 3/8 to 1/2 oz. jig head depending on water depth.

A lot of information in this previous thread.

If you can make it to OC, the bay behing Assateague, the Thorofare, or the East Channel are all good places to fish.

Just got back from Frontier Town. I was only able to get shorts behind Assateague. I know there are keepers there. If the wind is S-SE, forget it. The water is dirty and grassy. Head to Hooper's and the bay behind OC.
