My soft fish cooler, which was actually really a beer bag, finally tore. Looking through the options out there, it seems like they're all more expensive than I would have thought. Anyone have a recommendation for keeping catches on ice while on the water.

Check out Engel coolers. I don't own one, but have heard good things. Reasonably priced, locking latches, and some models double as a live well.___________________________

AO Coolers seems pretty nice too. Price is coming down, but still over $60.

Not sure what your storage capability is like on your outback, but this works great in standard sized rear tank wells:

Blackjack beat me to it. The one I have is similar in style & function, made by Polar Bear.

Second on polar bear coolers and they're a CBKA sponsor! You could win a nice soft cooler if you come out to the tourney in Sept.

Here's the Wegmans tote. I think I may give it a try even if it won't hold ice as long as I'd like.

I use the Jackson fish cooler. It's soft sided and long enough for a rockfish up to 28 inches or so. I think I got mine for around $40. Maybe not the best insulation in the world, but how nicely it holds fish and how easily I can put it in my center hatch makes up for it. Search Jackson kayak accessories and you can see pictures and specs.John Hostalka
