  • Finally settled on a new kayak!

I went to Autumn Sky Outfitters today and finally settled on a Dusk colored 2014 WS Tarpon 120. I can't wait to rig it up and get it out on the water!! Thanks to the sales guy that helped me today. I know he's on this forum but I forgot his name. (Apologies!)

Already have my crate and 360 light semi-built. Will work on adding PVC rod holders to the crate and PVC piping to create the rest of the flag/lamp pole. I also will start on a kayak cart here soon too.

Thanks Dave! I was deciding between Red and Dusk, and Dusk was what was available today, so it made my decision easy as far as colors are concerned lol.

I appreciate it. I've heard/read a lot of great things about it. I think this will definitely be a great first boat to have before I one day upgrade to a propeled one.

I bought a 360 night light from Walmart for a few bucks and then used the plastic reflector piece and taped it to an LED flashlight. It looks exactly like this

                              Nice yak.
Funny thing... I love my Torque, but every time someone posts their new yak, I get a little green inside.

                              See you on the water.
