First ride in an Ambulance today

Woke up this morning with the right side of my body completely numb. Wife called the ambulance and rushed me to Meritus Medical center in Hagerstown. I suffered a small stroke, thing are looking better this evening. I only seem to have lost some vision in my right eye. Looks like it will be a while before I'm back out fishing😕 keep me in your prayers for a speedy recovery!

My prayers are with you. I'm so sorry to hear. Hang in there and if you need anything, we're there for you.
Maybe it'll be some time before you are fishing, but you'll have more time with your wife. Since my wife had surgery last week and can't use her right arm, I've been helping her do everything, and while it's a lot of work, it's really nice to work as a team together. You'll do the same thing and you may find it all happens for a reason. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery!
