Where are the fish?!

I fish around the pax and Potomac river and am not catching anything but small perch and croakers. Usually I'm catching small stripers and even the occasional speck or red. Nada. Any suggestions or locations?

The specs and reds have been pushed south (or killed) by the cold winter. Go south to find them.

Stripers should be all around though, though it does seem that they are in decline.

This time of year the LTG charters fish the Honga and that area ........ there's usually a school around the bridge.
