Can anyone recommend a guide (boat, kayak or whatever) near Columbia, SC? Looks like either Striper on Lake Murray or Catfish on Santee Cooper would be the game. I'll be headed down there in mid September for work and would like to try to get some fishing in...

Check out Justin Carter out of Mt. Pleasant, SC. http://kayakfishsc.com/ He mainly fishes inshore, but also fishes freshwater, and I think he knows Santee Cooper pretty well too. He is the on the Hobie USA fishing team, and if he can't take you out, he will know who to contact.
