Light/ultralight tackle set up

You can get a 7 ft. Micro-lite (yellow) rod and reel outfit from BPO for under $30 I have used this for 7 years and never had a problem with it. I also use a 5 ft, Ultra lite outfit from BPO that is also under $30 and they will throw the light stuff just fine. If you really like the light stuff then you can always upgrade to a much better unit. The Fly Fishing is another addiction altogether! But it is FUN!

I have a 6'6" Medium Light Berkley Cherrywood...$25 bucks at Bass Pro. (like it so much bought a Medium) then got a $20 Quantam reel from Dicks on sale. I have 6lb Berkley Trilene on it....
