Mattawoman Tomorrow (8/15) SNAKEHEAD HUNT

Tomorrow some family members and I plan on fishing at mattawoman creek in kayaks. We will launch at Slavins and probably fish the lilies and spatterdocks in search of bass and the ever-so-elusive snakehead. Being shut out on snakeheads 4 times before I'm wondering if they're still there...we will probably launch somewhere around 7:30 or 8:00 in the morning. I've had best luck for bass in low tide when the lilies are visible but are snakeheads the same way? Is there some secret that I don't know? Anyways I will post pics of what I catch. Thinking of using some spinnerbaits/chatterbaits, top frogs, and Texas rigged worms.

I saw them on the 10th. There out there I just went at the wrong time and the full moon out kinda messed up plans to fish for them. I might want to go again this weekend hopefully. Good luck to you.
