Wasp Cameras

I was wondering if anyone has any experiance with these cameras. If you do how do you like it? It looks just like a GOPro, but I really like the idea of the watch to see what the camera is seeing.

Nice looking setup. Havent heard of it till you just posted about it.
Just went to their facebook page and found some kayak fishing videos and the quality looks great and the pics from it look great too.

was wondering if the watch was water proof and looks like it is. Have you seen anything on the battery life on it? also curious about the sound quality from it.

I believe the watch is water proof. I'm not sure about battery life though. I found them on a website reading Icast reports. They look to be the same quality as go pro.

Hmmmmm. Interesting.
Ambarella supplies the main guts for the GoPro. I wonder if Waspcam is also using Ambarella.

Looking at the specs side by side. The top of the line Wasp, the Gideon 9902 ($319.99), is about on par with the GoPro 3+ Silver ($299.99).
