South River questions

SO I am a fresh water boy by nature and havent ventured into things other than lakes and local rivers. I think that needs to change. One place I drive over all the time is south river near Rt 2. Anyone know anything about that area? Any good fishing there? I love my bass fishing but hey nothing wrong with trying new stuff right? Thanks guys.

DOGFISH is the South River man. I'm sure he'll have some info for you. He put us on fish at the November M&G last year. Near the mouth there are lots of good opportunities for trolling and topwater action.
