got out to Cape Henlopen Sunday morning roughly 8:30. water was calm and it wasnt hot, we paddled out around the point ( saw a dead deer floating around) then stuck along the wall for most of the trip.
catches include croaker up 12" and lots of small black sea bass...didnt try for flounder, mostly fished with blood worms.
wind started to pick up and the tide changed on our way back which made for some water over the bowl, but no biggie but was sure fun!
any one have any historical info on the cape henlopen area? I did a google search but most of the links come back to de state site and wikipedia
rained pretty much all morning today so didnt head out.
