Flounder rig for Cape Henlopen?

I've tried 3 times this year and haven't had any luck yet. Other people seem to catch flounder just fine Lol.

How do you rig for flounder? Any tip on fishing at the end of the pier pilings?

ps. I've used both minnow and bucktail.

Don’t think you’re the only one struggling to catch them! I like Carolina rigging a minnow or jigging gulp. Have you caught any croaker?

Have caught many in past years by jigging a plain ole white bucktail. Nowadays, that fish is few and far between. Luck helps.

Went out last Saturday. I did catch some small croakers on a sabiki rig for fun. No flounders though

The tog bite was hot. I was able to catch 3 keeper tog off the inner wall within 30min during the high tide.
