Ok, hope this helps you flattie hunters.
Was feeling better, so I went. Was on the water 0815 hrs. Turned out to be nice afternoon with mostly sunny skies and light breeze.
Not a fish-keeper kind of day. Jigged plastic and soaked live minnows. Caught four short flounder (16" was my longest), a bunch of toads and croaker.
A fellow yaker caught nothing. Talked to a couple boaters too, and there were many out there. One guy said his boat of four anglers caught only small stuff. Another boater caught only croaker. Another fellow caught a couple short flounder. And another guy caught small stuff too. I did see one shore angler pull up a flattie.
A bit slow, but it was a nice day on the water.
