BTW, I went to the Mako in Frederick, VA today. I like four guys building Mako guns when orders arrive. They cut barrels, make bands, and assemble guns as customers specified while I was there. It was my kind of place. I bought a 60cm gun with camera mount. So now I have a spare gun for someone who wants to try spearfishing.
BTW Cressie 45 is too small I think. My current is 50-55cm with single band.
I really wish that someday we go spearfishing together. Of course I will keep the fish
Do you have to have the full wetsuit when diving? I do have one without sleeves or long legs...Does it have to do with the oyster beds and not getting sliced? Just curious because I might I might try spearfishing in a couple years.
Do you have spare wetsuit, fins, mask, etc. too, Joe?
Did you buy the predator pro?
Did you get the pics I sent you via email?
I wore 1 pc 5mm wetsuit (I was cold when wearing a 2-3mm wetsuit), 3mm hood (separate, I modified so that it shoulder area can fit on my shoulder), thin work gloves with strap from Lowes, 3-5mm wetsuit boots (so I can walk on the rocks), Typical scuba fins, Mask/Snorkeling gear.
