Any one have any reports from cape henlopen? Looking to get down there on my next weekend from work.

I've been hearing lots of Croakers and a few flounder (but they always say "flounder at the pier"). If you are on FB, follow Lewes Harbour Marina or Bills Sport Shop and they have photos from people fishing at the pier. Good luck.

I went out on Sunday.. Drifted from the pilings to about half way down the pier.. hooked up on 1 blue and 1 croaker.. I was using small swim baits. Was a last minute decision so I didn't bother buying any minnows or squid.. I saw a few croakers being pulled in from the pier. Fished the first part of the out going tide.. probably would have been better with some fresh bait....

I went last week, but was only out there for 45 mins before it rained. I saw a few flounder being caught by the guys on the pier. I may hit the pier on Monday or Tuesday next week.
