It will be tough until trigger fish show up in good number.
The inner wall water temp went down to 70F from 73 F few days ago. The outer wall temp remained the same at 70F.
Fished for trigger fish/tautog for an hour at the outer wall. I had no triggerfish/tautog bites.
So I spearfished despite the poor water visibility, 6-7'. Missed a few tautog and killed two 18" tautog.
At the inner wall, all I caught were cunner. Fished for flounder for an hour at the pier. I got one bite from a 19" flounder
