Just got around to editing this video from a few weeks back and thought I'd share. I've been praying for a 10 lb flounder for yearsssss and have been targeting them hard for the past few from my kayak without breaking 6 lbs. I finally did it a couple weeks ago and was lucky enough to have the GoPro rolling.

My flounder rig when I am fishing in deeper water and heavier current (this day it was 30 feet with a 2kt current) is very light braid like 10 lb powerpro and about 3 feet of 15 lb fluorocarbon leader. I use minnow style bucktails with just enough weight to drift somewhere between .5-1.5 kts and sometimes will tie a dropper loop 12-18 inches above my bucktail to attach a teaser hook and small gulp swimming mullet. I will tip the bucktail with either larger profile gulp or fresh fish strips if I can get them.
