Texas fish kill

The abnormal Polar vortex cold that broke the Texas electric grid and caused widespread misery and death also has had a big fish kill...snook, tarpon, specked trout and croakers have been killed by the hundreds of thousands...if I was thinking of a Gulf Coast inshore trip it would be to Louisiana- not Texas this year...
