Went home for the holidays and managed to get the yaks on the water. Caught some nice sized Sheephead and lots of rockfish but no yelllowtail. Largest Sheephead was 13lbs.

Thanks guys. We were using fresh squid that we had caught earlier that morning. It's just like fishing for Tog in that you find a good rock pile, drop your squid, and wait. These are definitely the hardest fighting fish I've landed on a yak. The big one was pulling out line on a Penn Fathom 25 with the drag locked down.2010 Hobie Outback
