    It is a new model called the "Wicked Witch of the West". It commemorates the famous scene from Wizard of Oz ("I'm melting).

    Either that or it is a new model specially designed for use in Big Bend national park.

            That's a good comment, Stu.

            Seriously...I loosen the straps/tie-downs on my kayak if I am parked in the sun for extended periods because our plastic boats will expand somewhat in the heat. But that wouldn't matter in TX heat evidently.
