Yeah these guys are so small and would dry up quick. I split it open and deep fried the whole thing similar to what that chef did in Khanh's fried LMB video complete with my version of Thai sweet and sour basil chilli sauce. We devoured it too fast for pics! LOL
I'm thinking about going out a couple more times for them until the Reds start showing up at VA Beach.

That's awesome man. I was wondering if you put that trout stamp to used yet.

My family prefer firm tasting fish, so far they only like fried trout; kinda like fish & chip style.

BTW Mustafa, do you remove the pin bone from small trout? That's the thing that I hate the most from small trout
