I wanted to fish the VFW channel today in my kayak but the wind wasn't cooperating, at times today (9/03) it was over 20 mph.
So we took the boat out and fished the channel and caught 18 of these little flounder.
We also fished the rock pile around this house and had lots of hits. The Water is 15' deep 10' of the rocks
I picked up a 2# Croaker a few 6" Black Sea bass and some Small Blues off those rocks. It wasnt a real bad day but it was windy and a lot of work to catch the fish today. I didn't get any pictures of the Croaker or Black Sea Bass. I was Trying to keep the boat off the rocks. Now the house is rocking from being in the waves all day and I'm red from the wind burn. What could be better.
Maybe next week the wind will lie down and I can get the kayak out.
