8/4/11 south river slaying

hey guys.it was extremlywindy and stormy 2day but i still mananged 2 go out.i first tried 2 find some spot for blouefish bait.i scaled them and filat=ded them and dropped 2 bottom rigs with 4 ot hook and waited.dragged started and screaming and landed a 24 inch rock.i imidiatly droppeed back down and cot a 15 inch blue.ended up with 3 blue and 5 rock.biggest blue at 16 inches and biggest rock at 25 inches.all fish cot on spot filets .also cot about a dozen spot biggest at 9 inches

i use the bues for my crab pot.they are so oily they maje exelent crab bait

smoke a couple blues and you won't use them for crab bait any more......so good.

i hate fish.i ONLY eat fried croaker and spot.haha.but my mom and dad love 2 bake the blues at 350 for 13 minutes.u put old bay and honey on them.makes em tastes just like crabs
