Seems like two powerboats got into trouble this weekend- one sank off the North end of Kent Island in the Bay- all folks rescued...the other was towed in...
We all need to remember just how quickly things can go from calm to small craft warnings...watch the weather- winds have been rough...just because it is warm doesn't mean you can get out on the water safely...there are two tropical systems out there...don't have any idea of what either is going to do, but we should keep a close eye on the weather...there is usually some sheltered waters we can get our kayaks into...but the big waters may be just too risky...err on the side of reason and safety- just my 2 cents worth-
