Went on a buddies boat this past Sat to Rhodes river and caught about 3 dozen crabs on a 24 traps. Wasn't bad for a bunch on newbees. This was my first crabbing...my next trip will be on the yak. I just bought a hobie livewell so i figure I can just stick that crabs in there. Has anyone else done this?

saw a guy over at goodhands ramp on KI crabbing from his yak, he had a pool noodle ty wrapped around his bushel and roped to his yak, worked pretty well. thinking of crabbing myself since my wife doesn't like fish but loves crabs. try the Severn or some of the ramps behind KI also the magothy is pretty good for crabbing
