Lake Artemesia

Had a lil time to kill after an eye doctor appointment this afternoon. Decided to go toss some artificials. Hooked into a nice largemouth after 20 minutes or so. Caught on a soft plastic on a jig head, bout 2' under a bobber...slow retrieve. That sucker hit hard. I hope to fish this lake more often, as I'm next to it all the time. That's a nice way to kill some time. That lake gets stocked with trout, too. Does the lake get a lot of fishing pressure?

Never been there...

But often wondered how good the fishing is. It looks like a neat place.

There are always people fishing there when I am there, but this is only my second time actually fishing there. I am gonna try it more often and see how productive it is.

Also, this was my first time ever catching a fish under a bobber lol.
