Went out of point pleasant beach NJ on the Voyager today for offshore sea bass. The catching was fantastic with the entire boat catching limits of 2-6 lb sea bass and a bunch of huge porgy. Also saw bluefish, ling, and a 30lb pollack caught. It's a long ride out (and rough ride back today) but a nice way to put some great eating fillets in the freezer. For a couple hours it was steady drop and reel catching. Best bottom fishing I've seen lately, maybe ever.
