severn area surprise specks and lots of big evening rock & perch!

To my great delight, i caught 4 speckled torut in the south river today, must have been a school? Anyway while perch fishing with a 1/8th ounce rattle trap first cast bam 10 inch speck, and 10 casts later had caught 4 specks up to 17 inches, lots of perch as well.

Anyway this was around lockhaven if you are familiar with it.

Then around 5 i headed to my rockfish spot with a friend and caught 9 rockfish using live menhaeden on carolina rigs, nnone on topwater.

Caught a ton of big perch on soft crab!

ALSO a few reds have shown up where i am fishing and i have caught 3 in the past 2 weeks using live menhaeden around 25 inches, great fight!
