To clarify this since i didnt fully understand...the Rudee angler may or may not get a special permit for sea bass in March. They said its based on a bidding process. If they dont get it then no sea bass until regular season opens back in May. They still run trips from now till then but its targetting tilefish and grouper. Tufnik basically said all this but i didnt understand the "maybe" part so i called and wanted to share that info.
