Congrats on a successful day. Cooler temps will make rocktober and drumtober productive.

There are no lunch permits needed for car-top boats in AA County to my knowledge.
But Ft. Smallwood Park charges a nominal entry fee if you do not have a pass.

Alan:
Its not just the price. It is the inconvenience of the purchase also. Its 2014. I should be able to purchase whatever permit/pass that I need online using a credit card/paypal etc. Send me a .pdf and call it a day. Why in the world I need to go to Anglers to purchase a Queen Anne's parking permit is beyond me.Jason

Alan,
When you're an old fart like me you can get a lifetime pass to AA County parks for $40.
But until you reach that milestone (60 years) consider the charge of $6 a visit to be a "benefit" of your youth.
