Those are some nice fish Jim and Paul...my wife cleaned the ones I brought home. She didn't seem too happy about it this time, since there were only two and she was sleeping when I got back. She thought I should have cleaned them, instead of grabbing a beer and getting on the net after my shower.

That looks great Goody....YUM. So what is the exact recipe. It looks like you have hard boiled eggs, Bok choy, cucumber and the noodles?

If you like spicy food, you'll love this dish. I used a spicy gourmet ramen with seasoning. You can buy it at the Asian grocery. I added lemon grass, curry, soft boiled eggs (cooked so the center is soft), sliced cucumbers, baby bok choy, and nugget size striper chunks. Very easy and quick to make.

Goody, it looks good. Mine are filleted and in the frig. Dinner tomorrow night. Nothing special like yours just grilled up with some sides. I want to get a few more for the freezer. Maybe next weekend, just not a 3:00 am wake up time.
