Thanks John. This pic is from May 1st, which makes it 7 consecutive months with a 30" fish or better. I think this is where it ends though, the summer months are tough to find the big fish.G0090435.jpg

I once used a string net on a catfish...it slimed it up something awful and with the hooks it got to be a tangled mess. I have no idea why I put that damn net in my kayak every trip...I really need to stop. Not that I've been catching any fish recently anyway.

I stopped carrying a net because I blamed it for all of my skunked trips. ... Now I need to find something else to blame...
