  • personal best striper from a kayak.

Got a pb from the yak today. I've put my hours in the past 2 years I've been into yak fishing, and today was one of those days it paid off. The feeling after landing this 32'' striper is hard to describe, so I really can't imagine what it would be like to land a trophy class fish from a yak. One day I'll know that feeling but I will certainly have to work for it!

              Way to go man!!!
That is a nice fish. I will tell you that catching huge stripers on a kayak never, ever, ever, not ever....gets old.
You're doing the right thing by putting the hours in. Over time you'll home in on them and reliably get them. Just keep your notes accurate because our memories are never as good.

Thanks for all the support. Without this forum and it's community I don't think it would have been possible.
