Long time lurker here. Lots of good information in these posts, and I am overdue for report/contribution. Fished the Severn River 5/16, 6:45 am - 10:45 am. Caught (and released) 6 stripers, had one get off during the fight, and had several others hits which did not hook up clean. Trolling single rod, pearl-colored 4" Gotcha paddletail, 1/2 oz and 3/4 oz. Hookups between 7 and 14 ft. All caught on Jonas Green side of the river - thought gave it a good shot on other side.... Fish between 12" and what I guess was 19-20". Attached pic of fish.
