Anyone been out lately? I'm wondering what the conditions are like with all this rain we've been getting.

Was out on July 3 for a few hours in the morning, the water quality was not bad. Unfortunately the fishing was. Make sure you check turbidity and water flow from the dam. Some perch being caught around the islands.

I go across the dam to get to work. The dam has been running 2-4 flood gates and 1-2 regular generating gates all week. The water right below the dam has been high, fast, and stained/muddy. I was down in port deposit on Sunday and the current and visibility seemed fine, but a lot of water has been through the dam since then.
