Don't forget that in Maryland you can only have two hooks per line. Rigs like the Panther Martin have 5.

Rig it.....

w/2 hooks, but extend 2 of the swimbaits or tubes w/hooks behind the hookless ones. Fish will go for the one behind the 'school'.
