I'm interested in fishing the susky, and would like some advice of launch sites, and how and where to fish it to be safe.

That's a long river. Which part are you interested in fishing. If you want to fish below conowingo, you have the launch just below the dam (not when they are running water), Lapidum, Jean Roberts, Stump Point and Tydings, from north to south.
