I'll be at the angler center at 5 am when the doors open. Hopefully on the water around 530-6ish. Does good hand allow u to back right up to the water or do I need to bring a cart

Don't for get Queen Anne county launch permit, the aggressively ticket your vehicle if you don't have one.
You can get a daily for 10 or yearly for 35 Anglers sport center or the sport center near Dominion rd exit on the shore. Remember cash only for these permits where ever you buy them for some reason.
Harry, are you planing to launch at 6am? If so im going to try to be there around there or 630

            Countryman,

There is a concrete ramp at Goodhands. You can load directly onto the ramp. Parking is very close by. You likely do not need a cart.

However, when I go there I often stage my boat behind my van and use my cart to reach the ramp -- a pull of maybe 30 to 50 feet over packed soil and pavement. When I return I usually get help carrying my kayak back to my van.

I wish I could join you folks tomorrow but I have an obligation.

Goodhands is a great destination for beginners and experienced kayak anglers.

            Good luck to all,
            Mark

My car exhaust parts won't be here when scheduled, so my morning is freed up. I plan on being there much earlier than expected - probably 7ish. You will know I am coming by the delicate sounds of a throaty muffler in need of repair. I will drop it off at the shop after I get off the water.
