Regular fins are 1st
St are 2nd
St turbos are high gear. -
I have them on my 2015 Hobie PA-14 and they really make that Big Yak move.

Yes - worth it!!
I was on the fence for a while and finally purchased "the performance upgrade" which was the turbo fins and the sailing rudder.
The real measurement for me was my effort vs speed as measured by the GPS/fishfinder. it is pretty easy to maintain higher speeds if that is what you want. And in an all out sprint, I can make quite a bow wave. I really dont notice it making me any more tired and I think I can go farther in a day.
I also really like the sailing rudder on my Outback. It gives much more control authority in currents.Comment
