Anybody seeing any breakers or bird's working in the upper bay yet?

Got out in the Patapsco yesterday for a little while yesterday morning. Picked up one 19 1/2" rock around 9:30am while trolling, my first rock bigger than about 6" this year. I was just wondering if anybody has been seeing any breakers or working bird's up here yet.

Nada...but the bluefish are there now. I havent seen or heard much action in the patapsco lately. Some reports of fish in the harbor by shore fisherman.

I've heard some similar reports from the harbor area. Glad to hear the blues are in though. I wouldn't mind snagging a few of them!!

I put in at Terrapin this afternoon. There wasn't any bird or breaker activity anywhere in sight for the 4 hours I was there
