Is there a ramp on beach to use to fish down southern Maryland down by the gas docks n all that

If you are referring to the gas docks in Calvert there isn't anything close that is convenient. Some people have launched at Flag Pond but it's something like a 1/2 mile downhill haul, which means up hill on the way back. I'm also not sure how close they are letting boaters get to the docks since they are doing major construction to reactivate them. Nothing like putting a liquified natural gas facility next door to a nuclear power plant.
