A week in the eyes of SMOG

It has been an amazing week fishing with Gary and Mike (Yak67 and BigMike). every day this past week Gary and Mike limited on keeper stripers and Gary got his personal best several times over. we landed blue after blue as usual. some small trout were landed as well. every day i had ceviche in the fridge from the prior days catch so when we got back we had a tasty snack. i limited all days except Saturday. I had several larger fish on but couldn't get em in the yak. but i went out that night and caught my keepers. all fish came trolling the typical 4 inch swimbaits. i'm sure mike and gary will post pics on to this as well, but here are some of the pics i took. the one pic on the cutting board shows the size of the bait thats around here. gotta match the hatch right!! and that plate of food was a pan seared filet and some zucchini and leek couscous. oh and i set a crab pot off my dock for just 4 hours and it was completely full so i had crabs for dinner.

too bad this crazy wind has ruined my waters or id be on it every day.

What a week! We had to apologize to Rich(fishinggod) for throwing his dock Mojo off. It seems like three is a crowd
For a new Yakkers first season this has been a blast! Hooking up with so many nice and helpful anglers off Snaggedlines has made this a great rookie season.
Rich and Big Mike always are trying to help the Yakkers to get into it and get fish catching my PB two days in a row is awesome.
