Yakkinfish18, Ken Kayak, and myself decided to fish a tributary of the Patapsco River. High winds forecasted, we were hoping for protection and a stringer of perch. Arriving to flat water and an outgoing tide, we decided to troll for stripers while the breeze was manageable. From the start we all were catching steady and a great class of fish. Most stripers were ranging from 19-23"...fat bellies and pulling drag. We never made it to our destination with a stringer of perch. Great morning with some fellow Snaggedliners.
