Headed out about 9:30am from the Marina.Started jigging 1/2 oz. White bucktail jig with 4" shad. Worked my way to center span .On one of the foursies got a strong hit,drag pulling sweet,pulled in a fat 28" rockfish.After that I tried trolling a live eel back to the Marina.Eels are a pain to deal with but I was trying to lure something big.No luck with the eel,so it was back to the ramp by 12:30.Nice day to be out there ,saw one other kayaker catch a rock but didnt see any other action.
