Went out this evening for a bit in my usual spot - Patapsco between Stoney & Rock creeks. I've caught 4 or 5 keeper sized fish there over the past month or so. The water was pretty rough when I first got to the launch, so I casted from shore for a bit hoping it would calm down. It finally did at about 4:15 or so. I figured I had about an hour of daylight, so why not? Glad I did! I was casting, not trolling, and caught a 16", then an 18", then finally a 20.5" (pictured). I let that one be my last cast, as it was just about dark by that point. I'm usually strictly catch & release due to being allergic to fish (don't rub in how good they taste!) but we're having some people over this weekend and the menu just got a little tastier.
