When is the kayak fishing flea market?

Hi Folks: Last winter I attended a fishing kayak flea market. It was really great, it had a mixture of Vendors selling new kayaks and individuals selling used tackle. I don't remember exactly where or when it was, but I think it was in the Moutain Road area of Pasadena and maybe February? Is there another event like that scheduled for this winter? If so, where and when?
