Ft. Smallwood 5/25/16

Launched from Ft. Smallwood at 6:30 this morning to some slight drizzle but the water was calm. I fished for about 3 hours with no success. However, in the channel between the fort and White Rocks in between 15-16 ft. of water the fish were at the bottom and did not move. I tried everything but what they wanted.
